Birdie's is the perfect choice to hire for your event or fundraiser. We have done rentals of all sizes, ranging from a simple field day event to a HUGE carnival with over 20 pieces of equipment.
You may be a veteran at your event or this may be your first year, either way we can help! If it is your first year, we are more than happy to share our knowledge of running carnivals with you. We can help you decide pricing, food, equipment, day and hours. If you have done many events we may be able to still offer some helpful suggestions. We do not charge our customers for our consulting. We want your event to be a success!
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our equipment; we probably have the cleanest equipment you have seen! Our employees are professional and do all they can to ensure the safety of the children. All of our employees will be wearing shirts with the Birdie's logo. A crew leader will be assigned to your event and will be wearing a green Birdie's polo shirt. This is the employee that you will be interacting with during your event. All other Birdie's employees wear orange Birdie's tee shirts.
When you reserve with Birdie's we will agree on a time that we will arrive. The crew leader will also call you when they are on the way. When our crew arrives you will need to show them where you would like to set up and if you have any special instructions. We will take care of all set up, clean up and removal.

In addition to renting you equipment and supplies for your event we can also help you plan it. These types of events are very popular and are a great way to raise money or just bring fun to your group but they can be a lot of work to start. We have done many carnivals and can help you with some of the details and decisions that will need to be made. When you rent from Birdie's any consulting that we provide you is at NO additional cost.
We can also arrange for most non-profits to pay on the day of the event, that way you have time to raise money by selling tickets first. This eliminates the need to find the money in the budget for a deposit or up front payment.
