We require a credit card to reserve a rental. Schools and non-profits may be able to pay by cash or check, please contact us for details. We can get the credit card information from you over the phone, but we will NOT acccept the credit card information from you via email.
What are your hours?
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Our rental hours are any day, any time.
Why should I choose Birdie's?
You should choose Birdie's because we are the SAFE choice. We take safety very seriously! Cleaniness and customer service is also important to us, just look at our testimonials, Our inflatables are probably the cleanest you have seen. We have the experience that you want and need. We are a professional company that provides great service. Our employees are clean cut and polite. We have over 50 inspected inflatables available for rent, so you will be able to find the perfect fit for your event. We can handle any size event, from a child's birthday party to a school carnival to church events or company parties that have thousands of attendees.
Do you require a deposit?
We do NOT require or charge you a deposit. When the reservation is made we will get your credit card (not needed for some non-profits) information to confirm the reservation. The day before the event we will charge the entire rental amount to the credit card you provide.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes, if you need to make any changes to your rental or if you would like to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
What is your cleanliness guarantee?
We guarantee that any inflatable you rent from Birdie’s will be clean. If the inflatable is not clean by the time your event starts then you will not have to pay for the rental of that inflatable. You still get to use the inflatable and we will still clean it!
How safe are your inflatables?
Our inflatables are inspected each year by a Virginia certificate amusement devise inspector. Safety is our number one concern. We follow state, local and ASTM regulations and laws.
Who is responsible for permits?
It is the responsibility of the renter to get any needed/required permits.
How does the weather come into play?
Weather can sometimes come into play before or during your rental causing you or us to have to cancel the rental. Keep in mind that for safety reason we are unable to set up or stay set up in adverse weather. If weather looks like it is going to be a problem and you have to cancel your rental by noon the day before your event, no problem. We will not charge you ANYTHING.
The way we handle weather issues the day of the event depends on the likelihood of adverse weather…
50% or Greater - then we would cancel the rental and refund your money.
Slight chance, (30%-40%) then we will let you decide if you would like us to come out. If you do not want us to come out then we will cancel your rental and refund your money. If you would like us to come out we will NOT refund any money. The risk is if the adverse weather happens. If we start loading up and come out we can NOT refund you anymoney regardless of how long you get to use the rental. |
